I am knowledgeable and able to cook various dishes from other countries including oriental Italian and even a fusion of my local cuisine with any other that would produce a gastronomical master piece, ability to lead in all areas of the kitchen including butcher, fish, pantry, sauce, vegetables roasting and to a lesser extent baking and pastry following and creating new menu ideas, A high level in United States Of America public health and safety procedures, ability to use most if not all kitchen utensils and equipment, vast expertise in stock taking and inventory, prepare present and deliver highest level of food based on personal and or company standards and most importantly to coach lead and supervise team members.
