Handled motor and property claims, assisted clients in securing fair settlements, processed and registered claims, investigated liability, managed recovery and own damage payments, and served as an insurance liaison for clients.

Managed a bag drive event benefiting 1,000+ kids in Portland parish, oversaw item distribution, audited and updated spreadsheets, and maintained daily client communication for seamless coordination.
