Experienced team-leader with more than six years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for the National Commercial Bank's Customer Care account which is held at Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS). I am experienced at resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall operational efficiencies.I have a deep understanding and a solid grasp of the core systems and interfaces used (Prime, Finacle and SSMS Dynamics, Microsoft suite) and I am able to navigate them seamlessly.
