-Communicate with park visitors to ensure that the park rules and regulations are adhered to.
-Report major maintenance issues and potential safety hazards to park management.

- Maintain and repair park facilities and structures, including picnic tables, benches, fences, playgrounds, and restroom facilities

• Escalate issues to appropriate department or senior levels as needed, based on reports on complaints or concerns, explaining company policies to customers
• Troubleshoot technical issues for supported devices and application software using available resources and steps provided by client
• Data entry
• Provide quality customer service.

• Handle 40+ contacts daily
• Serve as principal point of contact for both external and internal customers in regards application queries/issues
• Perform research and problem diagnostics to determine resolutions to reported problems
• Efficiently and appropriately escalate issues to Tier 2 support team when warranted
• Data entry and record-keeping.
