- As a Student Courtesy Agent at the University of the West Indies Mona, my job is to work at several different posts, depending on my availability.
- Some tasks that I had to do include counting the amount of people that entered the library within a certain time frame and tally the numbers, I would open the parking barrier for cars to enter and exit a car park located on campus, I would take people's bags before they entered the library, among other tasks.
- Another part of my job was helping people who were unfamiliar with the campus to locate certain places or buildings. This requires good customer service skills, being approachable, and being patient.
