
After working at both of my previous jobs, I have received promotions for my honesty and hard work. I have been recognized for being able to take on big and small tasks and completing them with 100%. I have learned many skills, such as customer service, working to help promote my department, and multi tasking.
As a sales team member I am responsible to help guests find what they are looking for, and to help them to my best ability when it comes to answering questions. I work with my coworkers to solve problems and to make sure the daily task are done.
As a hostess I was responsible for opening/closing the front of the restaurant, and I was responsible for cleaning and organizing the front desk. I sat guests and made sure their welcome was a pleasent experience.
