My duties are to bathing,grooming, give medications, meals preparation n feedings,, vital signs check, assessment and recommendations from time to time, wound care if needed, light house chores n assist when necessary.

My role here is to be a companion, assist with medications, baths, medications, meals preparation, light house chores, follow up to duties appointments, vital signs are done two times per day.

My role entails caring for 22 residents nightly from 7pm to 7am or until the day nurses come to relieve us. We assist we bathing those that are bed ridden, n those that need assist to bathrooms , sitting area,eating, outdoor, laundry, linening changing and keep alert throughout the night. Also ensuring the facility is kept sanitize at all times, a repot is written at the end for the head nurse or supervisor to see n do follow ups where necessary.
