Starting out as a young professional at the clerical level was a blessing that provided a channel to experience significant exposure in the functionality and operations of several departments that are core features in any organization; IT, Branch and Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Human Resource. Functioning at the senior level as a Manager and Executive I have applied technical expertise in the areas of;

  • Change Management, People and Culture Transformational projects, organizational transformational projects to include ISO 9001;2008, ISO 9001;2015, Industrial Relations and Organizational/Corporate Strategic Planning initiatives.

I have also been a key personnel in the transformational journey of the now JN Bank from a Building Society and the largest mortgage lending entity in the Caribbean to a Commercial Bank and was later invited to undertake significant roles in other transformational projects namely "Project RUBICON" and "ONE JN" whose mission was to effect a balanced culture and improve staff experience across all subsidiaries with the JN Group.

  • Contributed to staff experience and ensured delivery of JN Bank HR Services Strategy and Budget; drove cost containment and service delivery excellence to meet department percentage by 100%.

JN Bank Transformation Project – HR Stream:

· Bank Transaction Activities: Manage the activities for the preparation, signing of letters by our now Group CEO, Mr. Earl Jarrett and distribution of Bank Transformation Letters to all employees within JNBS.


ISO 9001:2008 Activities

Job Description (JD): JN Group JD Reclassification and updating Project: Projects Officer assigned to prepare and complete all job descriptions for every position within JNBS. The completion of this Project lead to JNBS achieving ISO 9001:2008 certification 2011-2012.


Know Your Employee (KYE): JN Group KYE Management and Updating Project: Supervised a Team of four (4) persons to conduct the Know Your Employee Project (KYE) which encapsulated the electronic uploads of all employees’ records to the Society’s SharePoint Site. Additionally, I conducted an audit of the JN Group Employee physical records and presented opportunities for improvement which now forms a part of our current robust system.


Other Projects:

- eLeave: Team Lead for the Vacation Leave Management (eLeave Clean-Up Project – October 2013) – successful completion of project deliverables and data analysis for all employees across the JN Group.
