  • I was and still is charged with finding employees locally on the island of Jamaica for numerous roles such as, Customer Service Agents, Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, Receptionists and Personal Assistants
  • I first started as an Inside Sales Agent, my role was to cold call potential buyers and sellers to introduce the Heyl Group as the best brokerage with trained agents that are reliable and capable with proven methods to get the job done in the shortest time possible with complete transparency and coherency
  • Within a month I was given a review where I effectively provided 100+ leads to agents that was able to sign at least 50% of those leads
  • I was then charged with calling the state of Austin in Texas to get a Transaction Coordinator for the Heyl Group
  • Within a week I was told to stop as I had too many suitable candidates, I was happy that I met and superseded the task that I was given while learning the industry of Real Estate in Texas
  • I was shocked to my next task within the Phone Animal team as I was awarded the role of Team Leader, within this role I was in charge of leading and developing small to large numbers of different teams from the agents that I already recruited locally and trained arming them with company policy and procedure to make cold calls as I did
  • I was excelling within the role until the Covid virus took toll on the industry, Phone Animal lost 50% of employees across the board and as such I was placed back on the phones
  • I didn't weaver as I was in this as a team, I was now the go-to guy to show specific (bigger Clients) to Phone Animal and what they are capable of
  • Most recently I was placed with the JVM Lending Mortgage company which I impressed them so well they asked for a sum of 10 additional agents to start as SDRs and ISAs.
