Main function in this capacity is to provide support for the companies KYC Project. This project is geared towards accurately reviewing and remediating client files in accordance with industry regulations. The following duties are performed:

  • Analyze and evaluate over 25 files daily for discrepancies i.e. missing and invalid documents.
  • Conduct client risk rating by analyzing various factors and using internal/external risk tool for categorizing
  • Execute customer contact through phone and email as part of file and system remediation process
  • Remediate client files by collecting valid demographic information with supporting documentations and updating relevant storage systems.
  • Ensure client files adheres to AML, CFT and POCA policies outlined by FSC
  • Collaborate with internal personnel to capture current client information while adhering to regulatory requirements .
  • Manage call logs and weekly activity tracking systems and produce weekly reports that are given to senior management.
