- Oversee the optimum functionality of all operating systems through the use of SCADA interface.
- This involves the monitoring of reverse osmosis system to ensure quality water production.
- Managing hot water temperatures going to the consumers with pid control as well as the chilled water temperatures with use of electrical and absorption chillers.
- Providing electrical generation through the use of Jenbacher and Diesel engines.
- Daily data collection for each systems.
- Carry out offloading of LNG and Diesel bunker.
- Perform 250 maintenance hours, 3333 maintenance hours, 4000 hours for Jenbacher engines.
- This comprises of collecting lube oil sample, spark plug recalibration and bearing greasing respectively along with periodical addition of lube oil.
- Inspect diesel lube oil level and add lube oil when necessary.
- Daily sounding of diesel tanks.
- Conduct weekly maintenance for the both absorption and electrical chiller.
- This entails refrigerant refrigeration and vacuum process for absorption.
- Greasing compressor motor bearing for electrical chiller as well as adding coolant.
- Complete weekly maintenance of all operating pump by conducting pressure and vibration test, grease pump bearing and clean pump filters.
- During daily checks for operating pumps if an abnormal sound has been identified, a schedule inspection with the plant mechanics is done to conduct bearing change if the cause of the problem is with a defective bearing.
- Assist in resolving issues that may arise in the operation system such as executing micron filter changes as this will affect the conductivity of the water as well as the performance of the energy recovery device (ERD).
