In the Family Medicine/Primary Care we delivered compassionate care to a diversified patient population. There were approximately 25 appointments (adults only) daily inclusive of in-person and telehealth.

• I did the patients SOAP notes using the EMR.
  I examined the patients.
• I did patient counseling on smoking cessation.
  On a designated day, the patient with substance use disorder would be seen and I was permitted to counsel these patients.
  For the new patients, I provided diagnoses based on their clinical presentation.
• I instituted appropriate management for both new and known patients, sending referrals and prescriptions, as well as requesting blood tests if needed.
• I advised re-FLU shot and do preventive screening.

• I identified and perused research papers to determine the suitability for our paper about "Reviewing the Impact Maternal Opioid Use Disorder on Fetal Development and Long-term Pediatric Outcomes"
• Final editing, proofreading and review of the research paper to guarantee that it satisfies the journal submission requirements.

• I worked in the HIV/STI and TB Unit, managing the country's largest portfolio of HIV patients alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, collaborating with various national and international organizations aiming for World Vision 2025 and 2030.
• I managed the care of approximately 15 to 25 PLHIV (people living with HIV) daily.
• I campaigned to raise awareness about HIV.
• I acutely managed and stabilized any patients who came to the clinic secondary to AIDS complications, and referred them to the hospital or specialist where needed.
• I aided in intimate partner counseling alongside our psychologist.
• I aided with pill counting, alongside the adherence counselors.
• I collaborated with the pharmacy to ensure the timely dispensing of ART.

I was requested to work in the country's Emergency Operation Center for COVID-19 (EOC COVID-19) during the pandemic. I assisted with managing the nation's largest workplace outbreak of the infection. I worked tirelessly with the EOC team as a frontliner in the midst of the pandemic, my responsibilities included:

• Performing contact tracing.
• Managing the database of positive patients.
  Conducting swabs on individuals exposed to COVID-19.
• Assisting with quarantine, home isolation, and institutional quarantine in cases where doing so at home was not feasible.
• Arranging convalescence testing for recovered patients.
• Ultimately, facilitating the vaccination campaign, sensitization, and administration when they were made available.

I worked in the out-patient pediatric clinic for two years.

• I triaged and treated approximately 60-80 patients daily.
• I assessed children with developmental delays and referred them to the specialist for autism assessment.
• I worked along with our nursing and community health aid (CHA) staff in ascertaining the vaccination status of the children who are members of the clinic.
• I participated in vaccination outreach, especially post COVID-19, to address the resultant backlog of incomplete immunization.
• I participated in back-to-school medical fairs and campaigns, in order to optimize the children for school as mandated by the government.
• I provided acute management of unstable patients and referred to them to the hospital where needed.

I am an active research participant involved in the screening, data extraction process of the systematic review and meta-analysis, in addition to compilation of the manuscript.

• I identified and perused research papers to determine their suitability for our paper about "The Microbiota Gut-Brain Axis and Autism Spectrum Disorder."
• Proofreading and review of the research paper, as well as constructing figures to relay the content of the research paper in a more aesthetically pleasing manner.

• I identified and perused research papers to determine their suitability for our paper about "Dual Diagnosis: Substance Abuse Disorder and Bipolar Disorder."
• Provision of figures and proofreading and review of the research paper to guarantee that it satisfies the journal submission requirements.

• I followed the Cochrane method and with my group produced an abstract "Does Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and co-infection with Hepatitis A increase clinical severity? A systematic review and meta-analysis."

• I identified and perused research papers to determine the suitability for our paper about "Shifting Trends in Prostate Treatment: A Systematic Review Comparing TURP and HoLEP" based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.

I worked at Kingston Public Hospital (KPH), in internal medicine, cardiology and orthopedic surgery and public health.

• I supervised the interns with whom I worked.
• I managed all aspects of patient care: triaging, daily evaluation, follow-up management, preparing the patients for OT, liaising with other teams in order to facilitate a multidisciplinary approach.
• I assisted with performing echocardiogram and ECG.
• I provided care in the out-patient orthopedic, cardiology and internal medicine clinics.
• I performed Venipunture, thoracocentesis, paracentesis, debridement, regional block with analgesic, suturing, etc.
• In Internal Medicine, I presented one of my patient's case of recurrent pulmonary embolism at the weekly Grand Rounds.

• I managed patients at our country trauma hospital , the largest trauma center in the Caribbean, whilst rotating in internal medicine, general surgery and OB/GYN as well as primary care.
• I provided care for a minimum of 50 patients daily, from triaging to SOAPing.
• I did venipuncture.
• I collaborated with the radiology department arranging imaging scans for patients.
• I monitored patients, liaising with numerous physicians when necessary to ensure a multidisciplinary approach.
• I performed procedures such thoracocentesis, paracentesis, debridement, lumbar puncture, suprapubic puncture, catheter placements, etc.
• I did my first intern presentation on "Post-partum Hemorrhage" to my firm whilst rotating in OB/GYN

I rotated in internal medicine, general surgery, OB/GYN, pediatrics and also in primary care/public health.

• I presented the patients under my care on ward rounds.
• Taking SOAP notes, making a diagnosis and following up with the care and management of the patients daily.
• I participated in routine home visits to the incapacitated patients in order to ensure their continued care.
• I assisted with delivery of babies on the maternity suite.
• I performed Pap smears.
