Assist members and customers by addressing inquiries and processing service requests, review documents for account opening and issue ATM cards in accordance with established protocols.
Provides essential back-office support by handling cheque collection, scanning, and posting; resolving operational issues within the branch; managing data; reconciling ATMs; ensuring compliance through proper document filing; and performing various administrative tasks.
Assist members and staff with teller transactions and promote the banks products and services to the members to enhance customer experience and support business growth.
To interface with customers and process their transactions, as well as perform clerical and administrative duties related to data entry and bookkeeping.
