I truly believe in the statement, he who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything. Incorporating fitness into my daily routine, helps me to set a tone for the day. It keeps me energized and motivated for the day. Reading and travel like fitness, allows me to appreciate life more. Exposing me to new ideas, providing a sense of self in regards to the world around me. Each of these permits the inspired and driven me to do and be more. Volunteering, gives me a complete sense of community, allowing me to assist in filling the gaps for desired need of others, that would otherwise be unattainable. It gives me a sense of social connection and keeps me active while encouraging others to give back, creating a cycle of community support.
