I'm a young Hardworking, Understanding and Energetic person that has always had a love for the game of football from a young age . I've never made it pro in the game due to not being encouraged enough but as I got a special person was introduced in my life by the name of Jose mourinho. Seeing what he did with all the teams he came across without playing the game made me believe that I can do the same thing if not even more and better that him. I believe in understanding your player strength and weakness to develop them for the future. The game is more than just 22 person's running on the field its about 22 individuals with a different ideology of the game. I want to be a coach that will motivate and help his team move forward and even if their is a set back I believe in always pushing forward and laugh at those said set backs.
