To truly serve others, its essential not to just hear but to actively listen and understand. With this mindset, I approach the role of a probation officer with integrity, empathy and commitment to foster positive change. I offer strong communication skills, adaptability and a solid understanding of the criminal justice fundamentals. With a focus on conflict resolution, I am eager to apply my analytical and organizational abilities while continuing to learn and grow in probationary environment.
