Acting assignments, job rotation, transfers, secondments, promotions, termination, etc.)
Establishes and maintains an efficient filling system which facilitates the security, easy access and retrieval of documents.
Maintains and updates employee files, and relevant databases as required.
Assists in updating the MyHR+ System with relevant staff information, as necessary;
Assists in responding to and providing appropriate resolution to employees' queries and complaints referred to the Manager's office
