•Responsible for the tax compliance for all 18 entities within the group. Areas such as: The timely preparation of the Income Tax computations and returns, Deferred Tax computations & Withholding Tax Returns (Jamaica and St. Lucia), General Consumption Return – Jamaica, Value Added Tax Return – St. Lucia – all these returns were successfully filed on time 99.5% of the time.

• Successfully prepare the payroll tax computation and return for the St. Lucia staff members (S01 & S02)

• Provide tax advisory in term of structuring and tax due diligence. Assisted client with the various structuring advice implementation in jurisdictions such as St. Lucia and Barbados

• Representing clients at Tax Administration of Jamaica (TAJ) with tax matters such as audits and appeals through research of the various tax legislations and case laws.

• Presenter of various tax areas at annual tax seminar

• Currently, reviewing and in the process of preparing a transfer pricing policy for implementation.
