• Conducted a Qualitative Research titled” Loyalty that what they Speak” This paper investigates the level of loyalty the Informal Commercial Importers (ICI’s) have toward the national carrier of Jamaica; Air Jamaica. If we are to understand customers’ commitment, we must have a solid understanding of the nature of commitment present in the relationship. With the focus on aggressive marketing in the airline industry, it is fundamental for any airline to establish what their customer’s are thinking and what its customer’s level of loyalty is.
• Conducted a Hermeneutical Phenomenological study titled: “THE IMPACT OF SOCIO-CULTURAL BACKGROUND ON THE ACADEMIC WRITING PERFORMANCE OF JAMAICAN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS DURING THEIR TRANSITION PERIOD FROM HIGH SCHOOL” The purpose of this study is to investigate the challenges students face in academic writing as well as explore the possible causes of their writing challenges which could be based on their socio-cultural background.
